There are rumors that spring will be coming sometime. And if it does, there's a project you can participate that's helping track the impact of global climate change on plant life. Project BudBurst is an online data base that everyone can enter information about the sprouting of various plants in their neighborhood. I think this year, the Minnesota entries should be in by July.
