It turns out, that aggressive drumming – like the activity a rock drummer undertakes in a 90-minute performance – can be the aerobic equivalent of running a 10K road race. Clem Burke, the long-time drummer of the new wave band Blondie, has been doing a study on himself and the physical energy he puts out in a concert.
