It's been happening the past few summers, but researchers say it's getting bigger each season. It is a lake covering the North Pole during these summer months caused by ice melting in the summer sun. This year's lake formedn on July 13 and is about a foot deep. And since water absorbs more solar radiation than ice, researchers expect this lake to keep growing each season ass the ice underneath gets thinner.

I do not believe in global warming, I think it is just the natural change. If you go back millions of years there has been climate changes all over the world.

Yes cliemate change has occured with periods of warming and cooling, but if you do some reasearch and look at real scientific studies, we are currently in a very rapid period of warming. This can be linked to human activity. Its not that the earth is warming, but how fast and by how much that causes the worry.

As others have said we are in a state of rapid warming across the globe. Whether of not this can be linked with humans is unknown
