A new dinosaur with an oddly-shaped mouth has been unveiled by University of Chicago paleontologist Paul Sereno. Nigersaurus taqueti - a cousin to the North American sauropod Diplodocus - lived 110 million years ago in what is now the Sahara Desert. The Cretaceous beast has hundreds of tiny teeth crammed into the front end of a very strange mouth that resembles the wide intake slot of a vacuum cleaner. The discovery was funded in part by the National Geographic Society where the skeleton will be on display until March 2008. Watch the video...
