Solar car circles the globe

A Swiss teacher just completed a 17-month trip around the world in a solar-powered car. Louis Palmer made the 32,000 mile trip towing a trailer load of batteries charged by the sun. His journey took him through 38 countries and ended in Poznan, Poland where the United Nation talks on climate change are taking place. the vehicle has a top speed of 55 mph and can travel 180 miles on a single charge.
