The goodship Popsicle sails again.

by JGordon on Jul. 15th, 2007

The man who built a fifty-foot viking longboat out of popsicle sticks has set to sea again, this time across IJsselmeer lake in the Netherlands.

Robert McDonald, a Hollywood stuntman, and the builder of the popsicle ship Thor, hopes to one day sail the boat across the Atlantic, and then auction if off for charity.

Scientists have yet to discover why McDonald chose popsicle sticks.

Everyone needs a hobby.
