Scary.
Dick and Laura are a young married couple. They've been having trouble conceiving a child. They go to a fertility clinic and begin the process of in vitro fertilization—have a "test-tube baby." The doctor tells them he can test the embryos and tell which ones will be boys and which ones will be girls. Testing an embryo entails a small chance of damaging it.
I think that the parents should just wait and love whatever the gender is.Instead of possibly damaging the embryo.
Im sorry but thats just wired creppy and scary
Rodrigo asks so what......you didn't finish the story......my thought is that at the same time a parent may have a genetic disease (ie, the "breast cancer gene", etc.) that they don't want to pass to a child. The big question is genetic identification/selection any different than what "mother nature/God" does in natural selection.
Wrong!!
I dont agree with that type of stuff..
its stupid, thats why they have adoption agencys!! duh!! lol but there is other things to turn..
Corrin, I agree with you. Yes I think you should really adopt kids instead of doing that test tube thingy, that seem really scary.
Thats WRONG!!!!! I think that u should be happy with wat god gives you in life... BOPy or Girl... 1 or 3 kids...
Hey Marisol, thanks for posting.
It looks like you just copied and pasted something someone else wrote on Buzz from the Test Tube Babies feature here. It's a cool topic, and I'm glad you're interested! But it might be best if you did the survey at that page, and participated in the Test Tube Babies forum that's already up!
Thanks again!
interesting. I have heard stories where a couple have trouble getting preggers, so then the couples try adoption, 2 or 3 adopted children later, all of a sudden the couple become preggers. wierd, hu?
Oh and preggers is short for pregnant. sry.
