Are you a scientist looking to expand the public's knowledge of your work? Here are three different ways that Science Buzz can help you.
Blog to museum audiencesDid you know you can write a story on your work and publish it to Science Buzz right now? You or your grad students can write a story, receive comments on your work, and reply all without an help from us. All you have to do is register with Science Buzz, and you can write about whatever you want, whenever you want.
Build in some outreachWant an innovative yet tested way to engage the public in your research? Add us to your outreach proposal or the outreach portion of your research grant. We'll build your work into one of our exhibit templates (Scientist on the Spot, Buzz kiosk, stanchion sign, etc.) and temporarily feature it on the exhibit floor. (It will be accessible on the web forever.)
Bring home the BuzzWe're expanding our network, putting Science Buzz exhibits outside of our institution. You can buy a Buzz template with your outreach money, and have it at your institution forever. Maybe split the costs across a few outreach grants? We can replicate any Science Buzz infrastructure or furniture, and your institution can participate in the active Science Buzz community on an ongoing basis.
