My answers: Brown eyes. Yes, I do sometimes wish my eyes were a different color. Brown is so boring and they blend too much with the black of the pupil. Usually when I go out on the town, I have to use lot of eye shadow in various shades to make my eyes really pop otherwise they sometimes just look like black holes.

Question 21: What is the predominant color of your eyes?

Me: Gray

I used to wear green contacts so that my eyes looked green, because I wanted eyes that were a more distinctive color than gray. When I was in college I dyed my hair blonde because my regular hair color, sort of brown, seemed non-descript as well.

Me - Blue. This question surprised me. I had to remember what color my eyes are. It matters so little to me. I'm surprised.
Everyone was pretty much pleased with their color

I have such dark brown eyes that they are practically black. i used to want blue eyes, because i always heard people telling girls "what pretty blue eyes you have", etc, and most of the songs and poetry i'd heard spoke of fair hair and blue eyes. it wasn't until i heard van morrison's "brown-eyed girl" that i felt some appreciation for my brown eyes. then i read lord byron's "she walks in beauty", and felt like my dark features could be considered beautiful. i did want blue contacts for a long time, but then i saw a classmate who had brown eyes wear them, and it looked a little odd because you could still see the brown peeking through. i sing "brown-eyed girl" to my brown-eyed girl all the time.

2 Brown
1 Blue, "but it depends on what color i'm wearing. some people swear my eyes are green"

Question: Eye color

Myself: My drivers license says blue, because you can't pick variable. Blue, gray, aqua, hazel, green, depends on what I wear, the weather, and my mood.
Never wished they were a different color, since I have so many choices already. :)

My friends:
Blue, no

Mine are a blue-gray base color, but clothes and weather do change the basic coloration. Never really thought I wanted a different color -- if I did that right now, perhaps green or maybe like Elizabeth Taylor in the violet realm...

blue and no, other than in bright light lol

Green, no

Brown, no

Green

Bloodshot

blue-green, varies with the season somehow.

Really depends on the day. somedays blueish, greenish , with flecks of brown. Yes, always wanted brown...

Blue! Yes they change but allways in a shade of blue! No I would keep my eye color! Just because its me!

My eyes: Blue, but sometimes greener depending on clothing, mood. One eye is always greener than the other.

Changing eye color?
I tend to shy away from changing anything, because frankly, if that's the way I am, than I think it's going to be easier (and cheaper) in the long run to learn to like it as it is than to keep up appearances.

OTHERS:
Green: 1
Blue: 3

"I wear contacts already, I think it's fun to get brighter blue to make them pop"
"I don't like putting in contacts"

My response: blue

I really like my blue eyes but I certainly wouldn't complain if they had turned out green. I think if I had brown eyes I would feel more indifferent towards them.

community responses:
1 blue
2 hazel

One short coming is that it does not allow you to say hazel. I wonder, genetically how does hazel differ from brown eyes?
