these fish live in tropical areas so watch out when you are going on vacation to see if they live in that area. If they live were you are swimming they will eat you alive lol

Oops. Sorry, dude. For the sake of not being too intentionally misleading, I'll say now that the caption to this photo was a joke.
"Doctor fish" have neither the desire nor the ability to eat the flesh of a human limb down to the bone. They are tiny and toothless, and will only eat pieces of dead skin from a body. Click on the pink link near the picture (under "Get the full story") to learn more about these fish.
