Cool pic! I couldn't imagine being in a boat and seeing the a huge whale jump in the ocean. The scientists need to do some more studies to see if the Navy is actually hurting the whales or not with their sonar devices. If they are hurting the whales, make the Navy think of something else, they're smart enough to do it.
