Dude, the Mythbusters debunked the whole electrocution-by-peeing-on-a-live-wire thing ages ago. In order to conduct electricity, a liquid must form a continuous stream. Urine breaks into discrete drops within inches of leaving the body. The mishap of the type illustrated is contraindicated.
Maybe the guy was incredibly dehydrated, and... um... forget it.
I read the same thing. I suppose the thought of being electrocuted... there is enough for this scenario to remain in peoples' minds.
