Day Thirty-four: 10-21-08

The thirty-fourth day close-ups. Be warned: still a little gross.

Sorry—the photos today are a little blurry. But you've seen most of this before. Front parts

Another picture of pig guts. They look kind of like... if beef jerky and dried kelp had a baby. Guts!

This is sort of by the pig's chest. You can see some leg there, and a few very attractive folds of skin. The chest area

Paul R Wilson says:

I wonder what if the flies were NOT allowed access to the pig... I found a dead groundhog in the woods upstate on my summer acreage and placed rocks and large branches around it to mark the area: I wished to get the skull later. Repeatedly I had to retrieve the body from where some -animal- had dragged it. I DO have the skull in my "box". The summer home was sold back in late 2003.
