T. Boone Pickens was on the Daily Show last night (11/12) and had some interesting thoughts on energy. He advocates using natural gas to power our trucks (18-wheelers, not necessarily pick-ups) because these heavy vehicles can't be powered by batteries alone. Then, plug-in hybrids for personal vehicles and wind and solar for other energy needs. He stressed the importance of energy independence and is hopeful that the Obama administration will work quickly to implement a real energy policy.
There are so many easy things that people can do to help our environment. Recycle, turn off lights when you leave a room, turn off the water while you are brushing your teeth, etc. Of course, there are more complex things that help as well...such as hybrid cars and solar panels. Environmental problems are a serious threat right now and needs more attention.

I'll go with green.
I think some of the money should go to the economy because it is doing really bad.
Where does that money come from? How should it be put back into the economy? These are questions that need to be considered.
