Dude, I think space has so many possibilities to HELP earth, it's AWESOME! The view, and perspective of everything would be really healthy, since people would see the big picture, not just from where they can always stand; on the ground.
most people would spend there money on earth since there aren't alot of chances to get 35 million dollars in the first place, i myself might spend it on earth as well
it is interesting to look back at the past. technology changes so fast and things become cheaper. when my greatgrand parents were my age they traveled by horses. Now we use planes, trains and auto. Who knows how are kids will travel and where they will go.
i do agree that going to space is a waste of money. why would someone consider even going to space if they had an additional 35 million dollars. for one it is not necessarily safe. # 2 there are may things here on eartg you can ejnoy
It is one thing to go and spend a vacation in space for a few days and it is another thing to spend only a few minutes glancing at it and all that costing you thousands of dolars. Going to space will become worth it when there is a hotel orbiting the earth or a colony on the moon or Mars.
I too would rather use the money for environmental uses to help the earth such as changing the way we burn fuel and designing more vehicles such as hybrids to avoid polllution.
wow i would spend my money on earth cuz i can live here comfortably. all of you kids should stay in school and pay attention in science cuz you may think it is boringbut it will always be a part of your life and is very useful. it pays off in the end
What many people don't get is that while we our on earth we are mostly protected from comets and other space junk that constantly hit other planets. Just takea look at the moon. If God didn't put the planets there to protect us than we would look like that.
As much as Space may be terrifying to people in reality it is actually quite amazing and facinating. Believe it or not there probably is other life out in space big and small; and one day we may have to live in space. Think about it we put man on the moon in 1969 and now we have the ISS station and even probes searching deeper depths of space that no one has ever seen before. All in all space is a facinating place that hasn't been fully discovered a lot like our oceans.
but space has lots to offer in terms of knowledge. the silence helps humans ponder on whats really out there. it would be cool if we weren't the only aliens in our galaxy.
I voted "Maybe" because I'm not sure where I'll end up. I'm a young adult, so I'm still working on my dreams in college. If I can land a job interesting enough to somehow earn $35 mil, then I might consider it.
I would rather spend my money on cloths and very expensive rings plus I would be much happier owning a horse ranch in every state in america the going out in space where you could die like what happened to Discovery. What if you never came home then you could'nt spend the rest of your money
yo if i had an extra 50 million i would any day but if i had 35 mil i would spend it on earth

only a true scientist would sepend 35 million on space
most people would spend there money on earth since there aren't alot of chances to get 35 million dollars in the first place, i myself might spend it on earth as well
the money would be better spent on things that need attention here on earth

What a waste of money that would be to go to space.
We need to diversify our options -- maintaining the human race on earth is putting all your eggs into one basket.
i would trade anything 4 living with no gravity
i am too claustrophobic for space
Space is so awesome but i would be too afraid of the spaceship blowing up to actually go up into space. butthe no gravity thing would be awesome!!!
There is not enough to do in space as a tourist
Space would be a great option for my grandchildren but we haven't comefar enough in my time here.
I would love to go to space because there zero gravity and you can floot and stuff
earth is a wonderful place and we should respect it
yea space and beyond is cool and all but we were but put on earth to live and ppl should be more respectful
Sure
earth is way coller and i plan to be professionally rich
we have other things to spend our money on than going to space. problems on earth!
i am quite content here on earth
I will never have 35 million dollars anyway so it doesn't make anysence.
i would want to die in a land i know and i would spend the money on more important things like finding cures for illnesses and help the needy
I too would rather use the money for environmental uses to help the earth such as changing the way we burn fuel and designing more vehicles such as hybrids to avoid polllution.
It would be life changing to view the world from space. It would reinforce the fact we are in this together!
Cause it would be too dangerous. And i would much rather spend the money here on earth =]
we dont even know everything on earth.....not even close.....why spend all that money to go to space
I don't want to go into space because if the rocket explodes or starts on fire i'd be VERY scared !!!
I wouldn't risk my life to go into spacee. I think spending money on space is a dumb idea.
in my opinion i feel earth is way over rated. lets go to space and inhabit other planets. thats the american way.
I would encourage people to explore and learn and try to get beyond their self centeredness and ignorance and see the world as it is.
wow i would spend my money on earth cuz i can live here comfortably. all of you kids should stay in school and pay attention in science cuz you may think it is boringbut it will always be a part of your life and is very useful. it pays off in the end
no I would stay on earth
Every part of our cosmos deserves our attention. We are here to study life, to serve life, to celebrate life!
Woo! Spacey!
Im never probably going to have a spare $35 mil in a lifetime and plus i would spend it on sumthing else........ like a sweet ride
Cause if I had 35 Million Yen, it couldn't get me to space.
it would be fun to go to another planet.
i
like space but would be too scared to visit
Let's just say I'm not very good at saving money...
there is nothing in space worth buying:P
I'm afriad of heights as it is

I think that Space is a terrifying frontier and would rather feel the effects of gravity.

I would go into space for the thrills, but also save some money for the earth.(But i'd rather go into space).
