Cold weather got you feeling stuffed-up? Try pouring tea in your nose!
My dad taught me at a young age how to suck water up my nose and spit it out my mouth. Allergies are in our genetics. This technique looks like there would be less chances of gagging or getting water in your lungs. Thanks.
Doesn't that hurt?
Yeah, feels kind of like you are drowning. I don't do it unless I'm really tired of the plugged up sinuses feeling.
