The ways that the enviroment affects human health

What are some ways that the enviroment AFFECTS human health? I need to know what are the affects are in different examples, and how does it really affect our human body. I do know that it is a different between affect and effect, so please note I am looking for affect. I am kind of stuck on this, and I have to write a hundred word short answer, I am just looking for some examples, not 100 words.
