To me it is NOT surprising that someone has found Sudbury ejecta a few hundred kilometers from the impact site. There is no doubt that much more remains to be found and learned from the Subbury cratering event.

I too have made a few interesting discoveries regarding the Sudbury Astrobleme, but at distances much closer to ground zereo... The actual impact-structure is quite the place to visit and do field work. I have spent a total of several weeks at the site during the past decade.
